You’re eligible for a refund only if:
- Images follow our guidelines
- No downloads occurred
- You contact us within 3 days

We may offer a second generation attempt. If still unsatisfactory, a refund will be issued.

No refunds after downloads or poor-quality uploads.

Amount will be refunded to the original payment source / account within 15 working days.
