At Superrshots, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we can’t promise that every single headshot will be picture-perfect, we’re absolutely committed to making things right when they miss the mark.

You may be eligible for a refund if both of the following are true:
 

- The photos you uploaded fully followed our image guidelines

- You reached out to us within 24 hours of receiving your headshots

To request a refund, email us at hello@superrshots.com with your order ID and a short note on what went wrong. Our team will review your request promptly and get back to you within a few working days.

Once your refund is approved and initiated, it will take 7–10 working days for the amount to be processed and credited back to your original payment method or bank account, depending on your bank’s policies

 

Please note that, as our headshots are custom-generated digital products, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be applicable in cases where factors such as personal taste or minor variations are involved. Our goal is to be fair and transparent while ensuring the quality of service for all users.
